My climate control unit is not working at all. I removed it with all the other console pieces because I am putting new carbon fiber ones in,installed a bluetooth car kit, unhooked those seat belt light boxes, and hard wired a remote Valentine 1 system in it. I put everything back together to test it...all the guages work and the Climate Control unit does light up when the lights are turned out...however....thats it...other then that, its dead....no little dots come on when you hit the buttons...no display...no clock...I just put a new clutch in and I dread to think about what these units cost...PLEASE TELL ME ITS A FUSE OR SOMETHING STUPID THAT I DO NOT KNOW OF. I have searched the archives, nothing on the actual problem that I am having....'help me Obi Wan Kanobi, your my only hope"

Just for the heck of it, try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes and then hooking it back up again.

Do you know about the "hidden fuse" in the trunk compartment, and the possibility of a problem there?

Where exactly is the hidden fuse?

Remove the inner trunk carpeting (it lifts right out). There is a 30A blade fuse on the passenger side around all the ABS connections. That one fuse controls the whole thing. I replaced mine with a much heavier inline 30A fuse form a stereo shop, and it makes a world of difference. The blade fuse gets horribly hot. My replacement fuse is in a plastic bullet type connecter, and seems to work fine. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22577&highlight=30A
