What did your car come with? What did the factory supply with these when new? Any one know if there were differences between USA spec and Euro cars as far as the accessories are concerned?

I want to get the factory car cover and was thinking the seat & steering wheel covers would probably be good to get also (my car only came with the tool box and books, no covers). Was there a luggage option? Any one have that option?

Don't forget the Jack, Lug Wrench and Spare Tire. It was an option.

Spiders also had a black vinyl, zippered pouch for the leather boot cover.

There used to be a guy that advertised in the FCA newsletter that sold factory 355 seat, wheel and car covers. They were not very expensive. Mine are missing, but I was told they were junk, so never worried about replacing them.

I was looking at these, but seller's first response about dimensions was only that they were 18" and 22" high.

When I wrote back asking if that measurement was to top of handle or top of case, and what was width of cases, given my 355 trunk's measurements are 26 x27, I got NO RESPONSE.

I wasn't going to bid minimum of $750, plus $50 shipping, with NO RESPONSE from seller about dimensions.

I have not seen the ebay pictures of the said 355 luggage that was in that particular auction. But they are easily identifiable as 355 luggage if that's what was in the picture. So unless your 355 has special one of dimensions they will....would have fit.
Of course you may not know this ;) but in a 355 luggage set the small case goes into the bottom of the well first then the large one on top of that. Then the flat case on the very top. I suspect that you may have measured the bottom of the well thinking the biggest case fits in there first, but it does not;) The bottom well of a 355 boot well is alot smaller in dimension than the top half of the boot well. Common mistake by a newbie luggage buyer.

Thanks for the expalnation about the fitment. I was concerned about that because of the dimensions I measured, and the tool case already there.

Having been an ebayer for many years I was expecting a better (or any) response from a "high line" seller. Even thoguh the luggage is stamped F355, I couldn't bring myself to bidding at that level without the information/response I was looking for.

Also, to be really persnickety (in a tongue in cheek manner) my car is not an F355, but a 355 F1.

Link to auction - pictures will "expire" somewhere along the line

Yes mate they are 3/5s of a full set of 355 luggage. I say 3/5s because they are missing the two vanity boxes that fit behind the seats. These two boxes can also be joined together to make one unit. It is quite rare to get a full set of 5 for sale on ebay especially.
