The But It Now price seems reasonable. What is the yellow electrical contraption on the fender? Starter relay?

Ferrari injected 308s in 1980. Did Ferrari delay injecting BBs because they were not to be federalized?

It would be so very sweet to have a late production carbed boxer!

Yea, note it is indentified as both "80 " and "81" in description.....

Lots of different market versions........308GTBs in Europe didn't fit Catalytic Convertors until 1980.......

I know I've looked at many 1982s that are all BBis so this would be the last of the carbed ones.........

    *sigh*

No pics of the instrument panel. One can see the edge of the steering wheel in one pic - appears to be wood.

From what I've read it was more about streetability and smoother throttle response, the carb tended to flat spot along the middle rev band at certain RPMs.....total HP was reduced by FI, actually, but torque improved at the bottom end........leading of course to the famous massive rear end failures!

    And so it goes......

"Don't slip the clutch, slip the TIRES!"

I flew to Florida to see a "perfect" 365BB. Pics were just great. He opened the garage door and my heart sank like a stone. Pics lie like a sumbyotch.
I need to talk to this guy, get a history, PPI, all the things we chant about.
The idea is cool but actually bidding on an Ebay car gives me the willies.

Ah yes, the ubiquitous 11k Boxer/365/TR. I wonder what year it was when they unplugged the odometer.

Sorry for the cynical comment but doing a search on Testarossas I am astounded (not really) at the high percentage that are "advertised" with less than 20k on the odometer. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

Time to take a closer look at interior wear and suspension bushing conditions.
