My mechanic told me the box is cooked, He suggested getting an electrical engineer to fix it ? Does that sound realistic ?

Anybody have a lead on an F40 fusebox ?

    Thanks

William H, Birdman on this site restores early Mondial and 308 fuse boxes. He does nice work! May be able to help with the F40 box. Worth a try.

Be sure to coat the new fusebox in Stabilant 22a. I have had the best luck with that product keeping out corrosion and bad connections. It's fantastic preventative maintenance.

I've put it on every electrical connection that I can reach on my 348. It even restored my previously broken digital clock so that it works again.

When I put it on some of my ground connections, my A/C fan speed + switch started working again, too.
