    Is is flat black, semi gloss or is it wrinkle finished?

    wrinkle powder coated not painted just like the ansa muffler cans on dinos and boxers.

    Definitely black wrinkle, but mine is definitely paint, not powder coat.

    the reason I say powder coat is the blaster I used could hardly cut through the coating on mine, it was rediculous so I assume its something other than paint. I think it took me over an hour to strip my airbox with an industrial blasting cabinet.

    As for the covers they should be bare aluminum with the the exception of some GT4's Ive seen in black wrinkle/crinkle paint.
