    i my opinion the f40 is the ultimate supercar and i lust for as many pics as you guys can offer. this will be my next ferrari without a doubt. It has been my favorite car since it came into the ferrari collection. It is the only ferrari that i would get in red but of course it would have to have black wheels. there is nothing meaner looking then the f40 ,well maybe i would get it in black with black wheels i saw a pic not long ago of one but it was very small can you post another pic of that one i dont mind if its small again i just could not get enough of the beautiful car in the world F40!!!!!

    BTW , Where did u find that last pic ? the F40/Strad on the truck ? I know the F40 owner. He's from paris , and that pic was taken in front of a nice Hotel/Restaurant in paris caller Zebra Square.

    What is the story of the grey F40? Is that primer or something, and why is there a strip of red showing, that makes me think its a bad photoshop job...

    No the black Strad belongs to another dude also from Paris.
    The F40 owner had his first F40 stolen and with the insurance money he got that LM like in germany. SOunds amazing.

    THe F40 is a stunning car. I think it is a genarational thing. People from my generation seems to like the F50 more. The new younger kids like the Enzo more, and so on.

    What amazes me is, I always thought the F40 is rare. However, looking at this thread, and seeing some new acquistions on this site (alexpapas, williamH, steve), it seems like they are rather common. Am I wrong? Anyone know the total numbers of F40s built? Is this site making me delusional?

    i know, this is it i am fully convinced that this is the next move for me if i cant find a black one then i will have to get a red one and have it painted but i will have a black F40 with black wheels mark my word it might take a year but i will find one.

    i am not sure but i think the # is around 1,300

    i thought that it was much lower too like 500 but i think that ferrari got alot of demand and boosted the production?

    i could be wrong so maybe one of the fanatics can help out?
