    Yes there is in the Testarossa,It's the stalk next to the mileometer in the center console

    See section H in your OM -- it's the knob sticking out of the tach at the 9~10K RPM position.

    Rotate the knob back and forth, they oxidize with age . work it around to wear off the oxidation.

    thanks god for this post!...........I have checked the fuses, circuit board connections, wires that I can get to......everything works except for the instrument panel lights and centre console lights.......then I remembered mucking around with the two dials near the odometer and wondering what the second one is for..........

    best fix ever....rotate a knob & sorted, thanks Gents
