Factory tour contact info?

Hi gentlemen,

Could anyone please tell how best to contact Lamborghini to request a factory tour?

On their website, Lamborghini gives the email address [email protected] for this, but unfortunately it doesn't work. Every mail returns from the Lamborghini postmaster telling me that "the recipient name is not recognized".

I think there is a lady from Austria or Germany in charge of the tours. Maybe someone knows her name or even her mailing address at Lamborghini?

Any help would be much appreciated!

If he got an email confirmation it wouldn't hurt
to take copy with you. My dealer requested a specific
time/date factory said ok but he didn't acknowledge
the factorys' acceptance so they weren't expecting us.
We had to wait about 45 minutes in the factory bar/coffee
shop while she freed herself to take us around.
