Ferrari Challenge in April?

The most spectacular news about the Challenge weekend, courtesy of Brad at FoSF: the factory is sending at least one F1 car and the FXX show will be there also! Not to be missed.

I attend last year with the Rampage group. It was a great time, except when one of the Ferrari staff came and yelled at me for parking my Lamborghini in the the Ferrari parking area. I told her that their parking attendents pointed me to park in it. This year I'll bring my F430.

 

Maybe someone should put together a dinner / drinks after the races?

2 years ago I was able to get in on Friday for the practice for free. They charged me last year, but it was still a good time.

I plan on going again this year (don't know for how many of the days). April is a good time for it, any later in the year and my allergies come on super strong when im there and i cant see anything. Its no fun.

 

I am IN. 100%. All day. And dinner after.

I plan to be there. Gary is right about the FXX's and F1 cars. They will be there this year!!!

Wow.....yeah, I'm DEFinitely gonna have to make it to this one. I've never seen/heard a Ferrari F1 (or any other maker, for that matter) car in the flesh, and the opportunity to see an FXX - hopefully on the track - might be a "once in a lifetime" kinda deal... Gonna have to do the formal-request-for-time-off deal on this one, methinks!

 

Yeah, the calendar on the ferrari challenge website lists the FXXs and F1 clienti cars to show up for the race. Should be an AMAZING weekend. I can't wait!

I don't think you can wrong with any of them, all the cars will see action every day I'm sure. The races I'm sure will be Sunday, but IMO it's just as much fun to watch practice and qualifying and the crowds are smaller.

Not to worry Mike! Ferrari has invited the Rampage Family back again this year and im sure they will show the lot boys the difference between a bull and a prancing horse. Looking forward to seeing you and the rest of the Rampage Family in wine country!!!
