Easy to get to. GSP (exit 130) or rt 287S to Rt 1 south. About 3 miles (past the old Ford Assembly plant) you'll see Post Rd Exit. Take the next post road U-turn around. then watch for the big "Arthur's Storage". Ferrari/Maserati of Central NJ is behind it, not visible from rt. 1, the main sign is to go up soon.

The 1st two pics are so you know Arthur's to turn off rt 1.
The next two are the exterior. Not many cars in the lot, huh? ;) Just wait.

customer waiting area. The diner style benches are for laptops....phone jacks & hi-speed internet connections are on the way. Large TV, Complimentary coffee machine, Water, Soda and there are 4 large sitting chairs behind those glass blocks. The internet/Phone connections are not yet active.

The sales floor where Maserati & Ferrari co-habitate
    360 Spyder, (2) Modena, 355
The Maserati's, besides Coupes, I couldn't tell you what they were. I was crushed after I found out the MC-12 wouldn't be shipping here to America.
There was a silver Quattroporte in the repair bays. That's one gorgeous luxury car.

Then the repair bay area. Yep, that's my 308 up in the air.
Everything is so neat & spotless. I feel bad. my 308 piddled some
oil on their nice clean floor. :(

Sorry, I lost most of my other pics for some reason. I need a new camera.

Clyde nice to hear that you liked the place.

John, as for your question, there are three mechanics I believe. I have met them all and they are great! Nelson is being trained to be a mechanic as well.

First, the facility is brand new. They are now open for repairs with two main mechanics & a helper. Things are quiet there now.

Ralph Bencivenga: Service & Parts Director - greeted me this morning. He had set up my service. Very nice guy. Very accomodating. He found me an office to work in. He stopped in often to check to see if there was anything I needed or wanted. Michael Belmonte, Service Advisor, is the man directly responsible for service. He's learning Ferrari....so go easy on him. :) Heck of a nice guy from Landrover. Both gentlemen gave me the OK to take the pictures and wander into the repair area. This was nice as I was able to ask questions of Enzo & see what the issue(s) with my car. This I really appreciated.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Tom Hefren (sorry if I misspelled your name) : Partner with Penske. We chatted briefly and he explained he'd like to create a "one big family" atmosphere at FofCNJ. To that point He, Ralph, and Mike all invited us (FChat) October 24 to go there and watch the Brazilian formula race. They'll put out a spread & red carpet so we can all meet each other. I'll post this on the calendar.
Then there's Enzo: mechanic. Very nice guy. He took the time to tell and show me what the issues were. He even asked if I wanted to save/recycle the oil & filter in leiu of an oil change during the repair. I've never been offered that option before. "no thank you, it's about time for an oil change anyway" :)

From the receptionist, to the owner- a very nice group of people.

They don't do body work on site.
    Their labor rate is $105/hr.
The oil change for the 308 was just under $260. $80 for the 9 qts synthetic oil alone.
The quote for the major service I asked for was a bit over WWoC and over CC.
FYI: WWoC also has a winter 10% discount.

Yes, Nelson was the tow truck driver and parts guy. They are training him to be a mechanic.

how much should an oil change be?
my F355 oil change at WWOC was $290. $157 for labor(i assume 1.5 hr), $85 10Q of oil, $25 for filter. about $270 plus tax.

Thanks for the comparison Chris. assuming the 355 isn't too much more difficult than the 308, looks about the right.

It's actually Tom Heffernan. I met Tom back when he was with FNA. He's first class and was the former GM of Ferrari up in Boston. I'm sure this store will become a top one for Ferrari. I was up at FNA today and got to sit in the new Maserati Sedan and it looks much better in person-especially with the larger wheel option. The interior kills BMW/Mercedes.

Truth be told, I'm probably out on this given the Sunday DD run. You guys carry on. Or we should definitely save this for an upcoming weekend. Plus it makes more sense to coordinate with the manager to come in and take a look-see.

I am looking for a nice drive Sat.
But I agree, let's wait until either the grand opening, or the Brazilian race for FoCNJ.

Keith, I was joking about breakfast at chateu la Keith, but thanks for offering. :)
