    Being new to the world of Ferrari, I really count on FerrariChat for information and advise. So far, all of my experiences with members has been extremely positive. Of particular note, however, is Kevin Wright of Audio Illusions (818-882-1810). Although I am as far away from California as you can get in the U.S., Kevin has not hesitated in providing me with invaluable information on the subject of car stereo installation and upgrades. His knowledge of the topic, particularly when it comes to Ferrari installations, is immense. In addition, Kevin is extremely easy to talk to and really listens so as to provide the customer exactly what he/she is looking for. Despite his busy schedule, Kevin spent all the time necesary to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. For these reasons, I highly recommend contacting Audio Illusions for any issue related to audio on your Ferrari.

    Kevin is the best! I'll actually be taking my new vehicle to him this Friday for another radar install. :)

    I just finished Gumball Rally from Santa Monica CA to Miami. Kevin installed the new Passport 9500. I was traveling at speeds in excess of 160 at times and had not one single ticket. Cops were everywhere along the route. The radar worked perfectly. Several drivers even went to jail. You now know my recommendation.

    Kevin did my custom install, and no one can match his skills. He is rock solid and a great guy!

    He did my rader and laser detector and in some areas where it is legal talk to him about other laser options. It's absolutely awesome. I work in home high end audio, and can easily tell when someone talks the talk but can't walk the walk. He can walk the walk.

    I've seen different projects he has done and they are creative and cool. Hi on my good-guy list.

    I just bought a Maserati Granturismo and Kevin did a bluetooth install on it yesterday. Great guy, great job, and it's working great. I'd totally reccomend him as well.... I wouldn't have anyone touch a brand spanking new car without getting reccomendations first and Kevin was reccomended by several people I know including Ferrari Maserati of Beverly Hills.

    I'll second Kevin. Just a few weeks ago Kevin did an install on my Strad, starting at 8pm on a Sunday night and it had to be finished by 11am Monday morning because the car needed to be somewhere by that afternoon. Don't know when Kevin slept Sunday night, but he was done by 10:30a, even had time to do a few other items for me before I had to leave his shop. I'm not as far as CT, but I'm about as far as you can get going the other direction being in HI. He's excellent at communicating and taking the time to make sure you're happy and satisfied with his work and product...I'm not worried about him backing his work because as soon as I have a problem he'll jump on a plane to make it Wright....now that wouldn't have anything to do with surf, sun and bikinis?!?!

    He has done work on my STI and my 68 Camaro too. From exotics to old classics. Kev is the best.

    Kevin has installed so many radar/laser systems for me that I have lost count. I agree, he is the best!

    On a side note, I agree Kevin is the best when it comes to any aftermarket installation!

    It's been a couple of years, so it's time to BUMP K-Diddy-Diddy-Pasta-Waitress-Winer&Diner-Boy once more!

    Spent some quality time with him today, and now the Raptor now has some electronic teeth to go with the 6.2L V8 muscle. :D Top scores for a job well-done; the level of install exceeds my expectation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin's work to an exotic owner (other Ford owners need not apply). ;)

    In a world loaded with competition, Kevin has no competition. He's a fellow enthusiast, does impeccable work and stands by it.

    I made the huge mistake (before I knew Kevin) of having some other jacka$$ do some work on one of my Fcars. What a disaster until Kevin came to the rescue and resolved all the issues and brought the stock look back.

    I can't describe in words what an asset Kevin is in the Fcar community. No one other than Kevin will ever touch audio in my Fcars, peiod.
