    I have never seen such tail lights (notice how they are 'in' the body) on a vintage car...

    Its based on a front engined V-12 400i chassis. There is a thread on it somewhere.

    400i. Story is in Classic & Sportscar April 95. The car is based a shortened 400i s/n 37647 and was conceived as a '65 GTO'. Probably designed by Chris Hampson (the then owner) and Chris Major, with the chassis frame work by Brian Wingfield (DRL Engineering) and the body by GP Metalcraft.

    It looks like it has a Jag front end mixed with a Corvette rear. I guess that was just the trend in those days.

    that thing is gorgeous! they really pulled it off. there are only a handfull of 1 off's that i truly like, (jim's p4/5 is among the list) and this one is definitely on there too!

    Tyres/wheels are somehow messed up and ruin the look. The rear is nice but looks alomost carbon copy of a Sperimentale...

    Rudge style solid aluminum Knock off wheels with the oval cut oyts..ala D type would look more purposefull.

    It will barely move with only 4 hp. My lawnmower has more hp than that!

    It's a nice car but needs a bigger engine. At least 5 hp. :D
