    I was going to post this in the Atlanta spotters thread but thought that other might be interested in this too.

    On Saturday I spotted a X6 driving up Peachtree street and chased it down and spoke with the driver after he parked. We talked for a good while about the car and swapped a couple of stories.

    It looks GREAT until you see a profile!! I am not a fan of the profile but from every other angle the car looks amazing. It is a true 4 seater. The back set is more like a quad seating than anything else as it has a plastic center console between the rear seats. I know that I am going to get flamed for tagging the pictures but I figured this was no ordinary spot. FYI - I don't have any Hi-RES because these were taken with my camera phone.

    Very nice car. I like the look. Not to big on the rear, but i would take one over the X5. :)

    As much as I love german cars (audis, mercs, and BMW), I hate to say it though, but what's the point of this car? A sedan-ish SUV thing? BMW is just finding more ways to screw these days. The 3 series looks hideous, whereas the 5er is attractive. The X5 just looks weird now, but I wouldn't mind one. I've always loved M5s.

    but this car is HIDEOUS!

    oh wow... I finally took a look at the pics, and your pics make it look mean. Whereas BMW's pics make it look ugly.
