Some other nice cars came as well:

McLaren SLR, Mustang Twister special edition (brand new this week), 430 Spyder, Gallardo.

In case you were feeling that your exotic doesn't get good enough gas mileage, a Lincoln Continental Convertible with suicide doors was there to prove otherwise.

Three Panteras arrived early and lined up. (A fourth arrived later.)

Beautiful blue 360 spyder, Red Countach 5000, Shelby Daytona (replica?, was very clean).

And finally, a Lamborghini Jarma, a car I'd not seen before.

Thanks everyone who brought your cars out (yes, even those I didn't post here.) It was a terrific weekend!

I was in the white corolla that followed you from the 101:

Also me in that hilarious caption above.

Here are some pictures I got. Great event. Glad I made it. Damn that coffee is potent though. I met a guy named Mark that was very nice. That Maser GT is really sweet looking in person. Saw it last weekend at Joe's gathering too. What a killer car, especially for the price. It sure was quite an experience to see that many CS's together in one place.

Here you can see the difference between the 2 red's:

It was quite funny that the typical Scottsdale discussion between the men, "Real or Fake?" referred to the stripes......;)

Then you likely saw me almost make that wrong turn into the parking lot about a block too soon.

Red, stripe. Other colors, no stripe. But red without the stripe still looks great.

Thanks for including our humble Lambos. Here's what we were thinking in this picture. (There really was an X1/9 - not making fun of the TR)

I'd only seen Jaramas in photos before, that I can recall. Or at least I never looked closely if there were any at Monterey, etc. in the 80's and early 90's. Thought they looked a bit stodgy. However, after seeing Steve's in person, I was impressed! It's a lot lower and smaller, and more graceful looking than I had thought. The color works too! Makes me wish I had bought one before price increases in recent years. :(

Just a little FYI. Next month will be our one year anniversay for Cars & Coffee! The gathering is getting bigger and bigger every month. During this event the parking lot in front of Coffee Bean and Dish was all filled before 8AM and we wound up spilling into the adjacent lot over by Garduno's with the CS's and various other cars. It was a great showing!

Let's come up with another great theme for June. Feel free to post or send ideas.

We "need" a Lotus month. I rarely see them anymore, but there has to be a bunch around, and who knows what non-street cars may be lurking. Perhaps not for next month, as it might take a little time to percolate the calling into that group of owners, but it would make for a great event.
