    The owner says he used Illinois plates, but the car is located in California.
    I think the modifications were done for a Tom Meade customer back in the 1960's.

    You found the thread.. Very nice looking car, but one has to consider this a
    custom Lusso with no factory assistance. Just because the work was done in the late 1960's doesnt make it more original. I think it looks even better than the Meade cars.

    I like the looks of it. I don't understand though why they didn't use gill slits behind the rear wheels instead of one big scoop.
