    Just wondering if anyone here was heading down to Vmax tomorrow.
    What time is anyone planning to get there and what routes are people taking?
    Hopefully should be there bout 9 if I can sort a lift out!

    i was told no spectators allowed so ben must be testing the micra down the strip

    you're not wrong there!
    a highly commendable 95mph laser verified, but managed more on the motorway on the way home!
    The runway is uphill and it kills off my poor little car!

    Vmax on the day was 190 by a Ruf GT2!!

    Very enjoyable day. The Aston Martin was awesome. Just put you back in the seat all the way past a ton. The Lambo was Simon's who posts on here I think he used to have a 355.
    Only managed 169 top speed which was a bit of a downer

    Funny that since I saw 182mph, 179mph and other lesser times on the timing equipment and the Lambo's on board computer has logged 191mph (which granted is inaccurate).
    Rick if your're there, you were in the car too, am I right?

    Simon when I was going past at an indocated 180 the radar guns where showing 169. So i suppose it is a matter of the speedos beeing a bit innacurate at that speed.

    Saw you on the way out doing the photo shoot. Might have even got in one of the pictures ;)
