Jonas, thanks for posting. That is some serious iron. I was suprised to see at least 3 super america's already. Is Monaco always full of exotics or just especially so for the grand prix?

Monaco must be the only place where you can drive around in a Honda or a Toyota and it's rare... The common car is something exotic... It's unbelievable... i can't look at pictures like that without feeling like i've been removed from reality... Superamericas, F430s, Enzos, the casual MC12 - it's absolutely unreal...!

 

The one with the two black Carrera GT's is not taken in Monaco, but in Munich, by fellow Fchatter Lars (I believe his name is)

Thanks for the pics though. Looks like car heaven to me. Who cares about those odd looking F1cars when you have this rolling around!

 

I went there driving a Renault Megane Stationcar. People were probably wondering hwo filthy rich I must be, since I apperantly dare driving around Monte Carlo in this so unassuming car... rrrrrrrrright.

Whats with all the Superamericas? I count like 5 or 6 of them. Were they Ferrari SpA's display, or are those privately owned already?

Is the Grand Prix the best time to go to Monaco to see Ferraris...?!? i mean, i've just never seen so many Enzos in one picture... How many are there...? Four...? Ok, i saw four once, but it was at a Ferrari meet and they were all on the grass, among other Ferraris... Monaco looks like a natural Ferrari habitat...! It looks like the ultimate concrete concours...! i really can't help myself... i keep staring at the pictures...

I think the photos are nice. I like excess. But, i do not jest about Vegas. On my one and only trip there, i happened upon a garden at the Luxor, to find a part scale model of the Sphinx, surrounded by women garbed in veils, taking pictures of each other in front of it. The absurdity of someone travelling 8,000 miles to stand in front of a replica of some famous artifact which is located in their backyard convinced me that there are few places more absurd. Some day, they will recreate the old Vegas in Vegas. Then, i will go. Thanks for the pics, Jonas.
