been noticing a fair few pics being thrown around on imageshack and whatnot lately, well, just thought it'd be nice to be able to have all these pics of exotics in australia available from one spot, where we can browse at our leisure, link to, comment on and rate as we please.

so, i've done a bit of werk on the gallery, and now you can upload stuff there without registering.

upload your traffic spots into the Exotic Spotter album. track/cruise/showroom/garage pics can go into the In Captivity album. other pics can go here. if other sections are needed/desired i can add them.

there are tutorials available here, and i'll write more as required/time permits.

if you wish to register there and make your own album gallery things to store and share your pics, go ahead. :)

Like I said, won't be giving up my day job. :)

Btw, haven't received the contraband you were going to send. Just concerned it may have gone to the wrong address. Let me know if you have sent it, otherwise shall wait till you get the time to do it.

if anyone's too lazy to upload stuff, i'm happy to collect your photos and post them myself.

send any good car pics you have to [email protected] and i'll post them for you. include any backstory or requests for information to include with the shots that you wish.

hi-res files are goodness. i have LOTS of space and bandwidth to use up!

no worries. i've seen bits and pieces from like ************* and stuff and figgered you'd have some good stuff to show off. if you have lots of stuff you'd like to put up, i might suggest the gallery remote tool. it really is good once you get your head around it. i wouldn't upload more than 5 pics without it.

oh, as for the watermark thing in the corner of the images... this DOES NOT damage the original file. it's only applied when viewed WITHIN a webpage, for eg Tristan's latest pic from the webpage (DB9 Volante  ) : http://aussieexotics.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=7466

    and here's the original: http://aussieexotics.com/gallery2/d/7466-1/IMG+029.jpg

in fact any of the resized images can have the watermark removed by viewing them directly (copy/paste source code into URL) and reloading the image.
