Survey done and done. Everyone should take it and tell the FIA what you want to see, and/or don't want to see in the future of F1.

When you get to the end there's room for a 50 word essay about why you should win the prize. I used it to explain how Max and Bernie are evil. Wonder if I'll win? :)

Just finished, a lot of the questions were very repetive. I did however, make a good case why I should win the Ferrari laptop... :)

I wish it were more specific on qualifying. Example, I don't MIND the triple shootout format....

But I think that the final qualifying should be on low fuel as well.....
I also think they should do away with the parc ferme rules.

I liked old qualifying. Nothing but Minardis and maybe an Arrows for the first 30 minutes. Then gangbusters after that. If you got your lap, good for you.

Remember, all of Senna's qualifying was done in the jungle. Then in single-lap qualifying you had drivers *****ing about this or that. Senna or Prost would just quietly get pole THROUGH traffic. Ahh..those days.

Why can't qualifying be as simple as each car going out for 3-5 laps with the track to themself and keep their fastest time?

Theres actually someone out there that liked last yr's format.... thats amazing!

3-5 laps? That means 3 to 5 times longer than 2005 qualifying with that format!! I wonder who else would want to watch that..

actually, i would prefer if they seperated quali is quali and race is race. both should not link in any way at all. this way, we can see the actual speeds of the car, and not a strategy game. i wonder if the FIA noticed that wins nowdays depends on quali strategy. i'd always prefer the free-for-all format. exciting, accidents, just like a game of poker...getting ur run at the right time

This isn't NASCAR, IRL or Champ Car - obviously you must not have been watching F1 several years ago. I wish the qualifying of many years back was still in place. That made for lots of excitement especially in the closing minutes. Single lap qualifying is a waste of time and boring to the tv audience.

I actually liked the single lap qualifying format. Just let them run with as little fuel as possible and let them start with new tires and whatever fuel level for the race. I want to see how fast the cars go so the fastest time in the session gets pole. Not just the fastest time in Q3 getting pole, which can still be slower than times in Q1 or Q2.

Q1 and Q2 are boring as it is. Only part to watch is just to see if someone like Button or Webber are gonna screw up and start at the back. Other than that, you know who the last six will be. Nothing special about Q2 either. Q3 is even worse because it's 5 minutes longer. You just have guys driving around for 15 minutes and then things start going with 5 minutes to go. By that time, it's been over an hour since everything as started.

    Bump for spoiler thread.

Um...I never understood this question that they asked. I think you can still buy F1 2006 for 360 or PS3 when it comes out, yes?
