Interior options

I am going to redo the interior of my 308 this winter but I'm not sure about which way to go. My carpets are good, so they're going to stay. The interior may not seem like its too bad but I have to replace the door skins to patch the hole's where the previous owner tapped for speakers. The seats look ok but I'm not happy with the way they feel after the re dye. They seem very brittle and seem to show wrinkles more. There are some nicks on the dash so that's going to be redone also. I'm goin to do the guage pod in black alcantara, I know its not original but it should help keep the glare down and look good as well.
Here's the delema, up untill now I was set on black seats with red stripes. It seems like the safe way to go. But I'm starting to think about doing the seats in saddle with black stripes, saddle doors, black armrests and center console. Does anybody have a 308 interior similar to this, I'd like to see how it would look , and if it would work on a black GTB. Tell me what you think.
