And who would have imagined what I would find at the track....... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
It was at MSR Houston. MSRH is a private "Country Club" track down South of town near Pearland. Ferrari of Houston was having a special Corsa Cliente track day for a select few of their clients. I believe it was the F1 2003 Michael Schumacher car. What an incredible machine. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Sweet, you don't see those everyday. (especially in Texas) Thanks for sharing these excellent photos.
I would be willing to bet that those two cars are the same two that will be at the Ferrari Challenge here in California in April......
It's a rather large coin. One figure that was thrown around was $50k per hour.... He laid the hammer down for sure. The car looked very twitchy, but on the straights he didn't hold back much if any. The sound of that engine at full throttle was amazing. It was like all the angels in heaven grabbed a trumpet at the same time.... I was right against the track wall and I still have a ringing in my ears...
Awesome sighting! I believe I saw the same car in the FoH garage about 2 weeks back along with a 97 and 00 race car. I would have killed to see it run Any more pics of the FXX?
Hi Sean, Got her about a month ago now. Sweet ride and lots of fun. Still have the kart, and my sponsor is building me a 450cc Superkart for this season.
Twitchy?! Well gee, that 248 has different front camber than rear, by such a wide margin as to be obvious from a picture!
Thanks dude!! A friend of mine painted it for me. He does mostly motorcycles and custom stuff. When I got my new helmet he hooked me up with a sweet paint job for the dome cover... JL
