Looks just like mine! I heard they only send 12 to the US like that. I'll post pics a little later.

That's correct, I was told the same thing. I have had this car since new. When I got it, the dealer told me that boxer trim was always an option on 308 and 308gt4's, and was available for the first year of 328 production, i.e. very late 1985 thru late 1986. FNA confirmed for me around 1990 that a total of 12 were produced with that option before it was dropped.

That actually works well for the 328 IMO. Kinda brings it back to the classic look and less like the modern look.

    Looks good!!!!!

    I like it, really nice!

Joel D.: Your car in the first pictures looks like the back end is an inch or two high? It looks raised a bit to me - maybe just my eyes.

Learned something new again, I had no idea there were factory painted boxer style 328s. Rare car, that's got to be a decent premium on the value and sure to rise quicker than other 328's. Thanks for sharing!

I don't know about it adding to value, but when I got it they had this one and a green one with a tobacco interior, so I fiqured some red was better than none.

PS: Hindsight is 20/20: The dealer had a 288 GTO in stock at the time, was asking 80K and I passed because I thought the 328 had better lines!!!! Live and learn....
