I don't see how this is the most important concept Ferrari has ever unveiled.

"Don’t be fooled by its shrunken-Enzo appearance."
"But it will never be made; it is purely a technology showcase."

Looks like a paper-boat. If its not real (just a model), how can the concept car show the technology's showcase?

"The concept shows how small and light an Enzo could be if it used all the technologies Ferrari is currently working on; the Mille Chili is around 300kg lighter and nearly a metre shorter."

And who's that fool who wants a MINI-ENZO (or any smarter Ferraris)? Pretty funny :p

I think this is a way for ferrari to demonstrate how stupid we are. we will sit and debate anything. no joke it is lighter than the enzo, it's 2/3 the size. how does this thing show anything? all it shows is that ferrari can build a sclaed down version of a car they arleady produce and make us get excited.

i don't see any technology on display that is talked about.

This is the first time in many years that a sports car manufacturer talks about weight and size reduction. I suppose those are good news.

One could mock this mock-up any way you want but I bet there are people right now contacting their dealers to get on the list! It's the Midas touch...

What's to complain about when you get to peek behind the red curtain? Everyone talks about what they think Ferrari is doing next; here Ferrari is telling you what THEY are thinking about for the future...

Definitely seems like a half assed attempt to showcase some full assed technology. Looks like there tranmissions are going to be DSG level smooth in the future w/ the addition of a battery that provides a power during shifts. No instrunment binacle, everything you need on the wheel, active underbody aero- pretty sweet stuff. Im guessing this stuff will make its debut on the F60 or 430 replacement.

It's quite real. No more V 12's. TT V8. Variable intake. Acoustic under car airflow regulation. Several reasons IMHO. No one is going to outdo the Veryon so the way to go is smaller/lighter. Note P 4/5 styling cues. Very short rear overhang. Shorter front overhang. Glass roof. Rear sill vent.

Of course it won't look like this but it will retain shorter overhangs which really make Supercars much more drivable on the street. In P 4/5 we accomplished this by curving up the front which kills aero but used wing-lets to fix downforce. That solution doesn't meet new pedestrian impact standards so using audio to cancel out air flow bobbles under the car will allow shorter front overhangs. (Acoustic system same idea as noise cancellation technology)

The Enzo and P 4/5 may be the last of the "V 12 Monsters".

When they see what the production version looks like and note it's 1000K weight and 800 hp road legal TT V8 I suspect there will be a bit of interest...

Here I was thinking this must be some joke that nobody gets yet... interesting, but I don't think any of the other marques are directly aiming at the Veyron, but still exotic power, exotic styling, and race-like handling... leading further and further towared the LMP1 coupes for the road

Parallels the F40 formula v. 959 a bit, it seems. Bet it won't be boring.
