    I was reading the LA Times article dated 8/11/07 in the California Section today and apparently the guy with Stefan Ericcson (sp) has been arrested in Marina Del Rey. He was at the crash scene but had lied to the police, apparently he wasn't driving though, he was videotaping Stefan behind the wheel.
