Fabspeed Motorsport 355 High Performance Headers

Fabspeed's new Ferrari 355 Sport Headers are in stock and ready for shipping. These new T304L stainless steel headers are designed to increase the amount flow coming out of the engine and thereby adding power. The equal length C.N.C. mandrel bent primary/header have slightly increased header tubing size for maximum flow/ scavenging and these headers are a direct replacement for the failure prone OEM Ferrari headers.

-Fabspeed Motorsport headers fit all USA and European and F355 Challenge cars. Please specify whether your car is a 1995 (2.7) or 1996-1999 (5.2) when ordering.
-Fabspeed 355 and 360 headers all utilize high velocity INDY car /Formula 1 style merge collectors for maximum exhaust flow and scavenging.
-The inlet flanges are investment cast T304 stainless steel (lost wax casting methodology) for maximum OEM like flatness and durability and superior sealing.
-The header tubes are C.N.C. mandrel bent and are 1 piece wherever possible for maximum uninterrupted flow (no internal welds required) and gas purge TIG welded for maximum weld strength.
-High performance T304 Stainless steel mirror polished headers. OPTIONAL Jet-Hot cermaic coating inside and outside is available.
    -No check engine lights.
-Highest quality F355 headers from Fabspeed Motorsports World reknown for Porsche and exotic car exhaust systems.
    -Complies with factory Ferrari warranty
-All Fabspeed products are warranted for life
-Fabspeed sport headers are $2495 a set and group buys are welcome

-All parts are in stock and ready to ship. We ship internationally as well
-Feel free to email or PM me directly with any questions or pricing information you might have

ALSO available separately> F355 2.7 and 5.2 injection 200 cell sports race catalytic converters and catbypass pipes. Oxygen sensors simulators to KEEP OFF check engine lights.
Also very unique> Fabspeed offers 2ndary catbypass pipes for the TOP 2nd set of cats for the 2.7 and 5.2 that add dramatic sportscar sound and added power with NO check engine lights.
All Fabspeed parts mentioned above work with any stock OEM Ferrari exhaust part and or any other manufacturers mufflers like for example a Tubi or other brand, designed as an OEM replacement.

How do these work with the surrounding parts? Altenator, hoses, wires, etc? The stock ones have a shield--- Are these shielded from heating up the interior of the engine compartment? I have heard stroies of aftermarket headers with no shielding , getting too hot and burning up surrounding parts...

This would also be my main concern. I do have a Fabspeed exhaust on my 993 so I can confirm that Fabspeed products are of very high quality.

I have seen these in person and I liked what I saw. The flanges were very similar to factory design and were made of stainless too! I also liked how far away they were from the alternator (about 4" away) :).

I'm with you. Sent him 2 emails and no reply.

Doesn't want to sell and make money.

Like you going elsewhere where people do reply and want to sell.

I'm very interested in the bypass valve replacement with the simulated O2 sensor. Anyone try these before?

The first step on the road to recovery is admittance that you have a problem......

I'm addicted to the 355. I looked at moving to a 550/575 but just couldn't part ways with the 355. Too many good sounds and too much fun come out of that car! So until I can afford to have both (it's nice to fantasize) I will keep the 355. I've been getting lots of great early weekend morning drives with the car (when weather permits),exploring new areas and having a blast. I hope to be more active next year with the local FChat crew so keep the good times coming.

I'm slowly working thru any and all nagging little issues with the car over the winter and the bypass valve is numero uno on the list hence the interest. Stereo is next but that's another thread.......

    Indeed, what about heat shields?

Will Fabspeed cover the headers in heat-shield material?

While these look to be very nice, my interest is much lower if there are no heat shield options. Even with ceramic coatings I believe that unshielded headers would add damaging heat to the engine bay. Since FabSpeed is clearly able to design and fabricate works of art, why not offer heat shielding?

That would be nice! Though it requires a 'huge/expensive machine' to make shields as nice as factory...

It would be nice to hear from the Fabspeed folks on the question of the heat shield.

Um, yeah, what he said. Shielding?

While you're at it, what about a 348 version?
