    I am doing a major on my 328 88, what spark plugs would you recommend. Are there differences on performance when it comes to chosing the brand of spark plugs?

    I also recommend the NGK Iridiums. They work much better than the original Champions. Smoother idle, better throttle response and cheaper as well.

    NGK. The NGK website says the DR8EIX iridium is the one you want. You can order from www.clubplug.net, they are based in Canada.

    And then we talk about globalization...
    NGK website in Europe gives me a different spark plug type:D8EVX.

    I anyway checked on line for the NGK DR8EIX iridium prices on the net.

    USA 7.92 US $ each
    Italy 19.95 € (29 US $) each.

    Next time I am in US I will buy some...
