    Hello:

I understand from the seller that some insight on this car is available on Fchat - I've tried several searches using different key words but have had no luck.

Any accurate verifiable information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Absolutely love TDF for a stradale, but the high miles and ugly yellow roll bar. Must have been used for serious tracking?

i ppi'd it and seller is honest

great high miler i just think i have found something more appealing

total repaint by karosserie [went under chain, just surface damage when drunkee]
roll bar by same when Will [WCH] owned it, it's superbly crafted, by the best -- remember to do it right you have to craft mounting plates as the factory left them off US strads

Karosserie is really good, as good as Premier out here paint wise but with an entire skill set in metal crafting as well

FOW has known the car most of the way and they are great people and great service

some evidence of minor abuse?? [unmatched tyres] but Doug is a right guy who is selling it

need tyres. belts done. yes some track but it's a strad thats what they're for

Yes, you can see Watts post above. Pretty much the story as I have heard it as well. I spoke with a connection at FofW and was told its a good car, and every one has said the karrosserie repaint is better than factory.
I have been told by several disconnected sources that there was no real damage to the car other than scrapes from the chain and one ball sized dent, so would not worry about that.
And yes, Doug (seller)is a good guy and has been quite upfront with me.
I was also told the tracking of the car was only 3 events, at least by Will.
The missing service and time is the most recent owner and as was pointed out, the mismatched tires are not a good sign but a good car going into that ownership is apparently still good. Might be the shortage of tires or might be an owner trying to get by on the cheap. Either way, the car, from what I have been able to research, is basically a good example.

PS, I know where there is a set of Corsa tires for sale.
