    Well folks, I got mine Saturday Dec 5th. It already has 400 miles on it. What a beautiful car! What a hell of a sound track! It goes better than I ever imagined. I know plenty of you have picked on roso corsa ... you are wrong ... it could not possibly be prettier! Note the red stitching throughout, even on the dash, man it really stands out. Yellow tach and calipers really stand out too. It is here at work today, so far no tickets but it has seen 100+ mph already. I'm afraid I have not stuck to the 5,000 RPM limit suggested for the first 600 miles.

    Thanks a million to MAG in Columbus Ohio. They were great! Ordered it mid July, driving it today!

    Yep, on top of that the model that is normally delivered weeks after delivery, it came with the car. The $11K that they charge, for me at least, was highly worth it! Again, many thanks to Midwest Auto Group, they really made the entire process easy.

    I've had the displeasure of being pulled over in my red cali. The first question he asked was "is this your car?" I wanted to turn around in my seat and point to his cruiser and ask him the same question. Somehow, even in a flow of traffic situation, a red Ferrari will seem to get the attention.

    I have taken a bunch of friends for a ride ... and take a different route every time! Over 56 hours with no ticket yet! One friend is an Ohio Highway Patrol officer. He looked over the front and said I really didn't need the radar detector on the dash as it probably would not reflect enough energy for either the laser or the radar to work. I guess I will try not to take that chance anyway.

    The red has gathered a bunch of attention! Lots of thumbs up, stares, especially from the police. Downtown Columbus policeman at an intersection walked over & had a nice chat.

    What a hell of a good experience from this wonderful car.

    Here you go TAZ. What you may not see is the model has the same wheels, same caliper color and even the tach is yellow. The inserts are red, and it has red piping just like my car. The engine cover opens as well. It comes with a nameplate with my name on it ... and another blank plate. The launch, rev, and auto buttons are there, just not lettered. The Californial logo on the lower right part of the dash is there. It says Ferrari on the LCD screen. Pretty sweet!

    In my drive home from Columbus Ohio to the Toledo area, about 135 miles, I kept the speed at 68 (cruise control is worth its weight in gold in this car), with a ton of traffic passing me. Painful but no tickets. Well ... once in a while I pushed it up ... a couple times when someone decided to get too close ... man, downshift a few gears & stand on it, as I said before, what a hell of a sound and rush!

    Congrats, looks superb in Rosso Corsa, and those wheels just make the car look so much better than the standard wheels. Colour choices in the interior also look good.

    Thanks! The California is the only spider that looks as good with the top up as down! Sorry guys but I don't like a 430 spider with the top up (coupe looks great though), nor a Porsche cabriolet. The Cali top makes the car look like a coupe should. I am very fortunate! Thanks for all of the compliments.

    Had snow & sleet last night with an inch of slush on the drive this morning so the Cali stays in the garage today (sigh). It is supposed to clear up today so I may get it at noon.
