How much is my 348 spider worth?

These days you would be good to get $45k I would say (assuming the mileage is reasonable). Most here would say you should expect $35k since you need a $8-10k service soon.

I agree with the range $40-$45K should do it in this crazy market. Mind you I think they are worth much more...

I bought my 95 with 38,000 miles with fresh service records for $41K but that was before the market softened more. I would say the way the market is and needing a 30K service I would estimate that you are looking at about a $35K-36K car, start at 40K and see what happens you can always go down but not go up.

 

I'd say $35K is going to be pretty close. Sickening, but true. You wait until summer you might squeeze 3 more grand out of it.

Very pretty car.
I can't believe those prices. That is almost disgraceful for such a pretty rare car.
In Europe the bottom price for a good spider is € 45k which is $ 64k. That sounds more reaonable.
If you don't have to sell it I would keep it. The prices of these beauties will go back up in time.

From someone who has made looking at 348/355's a full time job lately, I think the guys on here are spot on. 35k is about it.
someone has to spend 8k-10k so they have 45k-50k in a car with close to 50,000 miles. Give them a couple years or so and put 10,000 miles on it, now they have a Ferrari with 60k miles......they'll never sell it.

these cars take a huge hit when they trip 30K, another one at 40K, then drop off a cliff at 50K.

I would not advize a 348 for any 18 yr old, especially a girl. It is a difficult car to drive, its temperamental (cold starts, tail out etc) and only after some years of driving other cars would I recommend IMHO. With regards to the price of a spider I paid 49000€ for a 1993 spider 2 years ago without the 30k major.

 

I would consider putting the wheels on the correct way, I think it may add confidence that the car has been kept in original condition.

Have you had a major performed since you owned it? How much did you drive it in 2 years?
