WOW! I love the rims and the 670 style front bumper. Fantastic looking car. The Italian stripe just above the Superleggera decal looks great. Good job Lamborghini.
They say this car is the lightest one. Will it really be lighter than the Balboni with only half the drive train mass?
well... LP560/4 LP570 superleggera Gallardo Superleggera. Balboni Gallardo SE but I m missing one....
I like it. The stripe looks like an afterthought though. Gallardo Gallardo Spyder Gallardo Superleggera Gallardo SE Gallardo Nera Gallardo LP560-4 Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder Gallardo LP550-2 Valentino Balboni Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera Definitely? How can you be so sure? Please back up your statement.
the Ferraris are playing this game since the LP560/4... not the Lambos... but 599 is better than Murcie... but not as mad... nevertheless they are different cars...different approach... I guess the last will be the SV... scusate for my poor English ragazzi...
The LP670-4SV "murcie" runs circles around the 599...and it has fewer production numbers, costs less and has the looks years ahead of the 599.
...this is ridiculous. Lamborghini have a great way of making each Gallardo look superfluous when they release a 2nd - 9TH! special edition. I honestly think it shows that they have not got enough money to produce a new vehicle. New carbon fiber bits are easy to manufacture, but a ground-up evolution of the Gallardo is impossible. (??) I don't understand. Couldn't all this "upgraded power" been bought from Hamann or Heffner? What the hell more can they do to this car? It just looks like Lamborghini shorted the world when they introduced the original Coupe, and every year they're like, "...okay, okay, we can do better. This is the best we can do." ...there will be a 2-wheel drive variant of this car then a Spyder, then a Versace version of that... etc. When will the Gallardo be played out??? _J
Small, low volume (by todays standard) car companies would be stupid to retool an entire car every couple of years just for the sake of doing so. It is all about money and for the companies it wasn't, well they probably aren't around anymore. Lamborghini does tend to go for more forward thinking designs and they do tend to hold on to them a little longer. Even after 7yrs, these models are still just as sexy.
I think they are two different companies doing their own thing. How about we compare apples and oranges? Geez, why do you have to compare them? It will be faster, no it won't be, get over it. Are we still in 5th grade? My dad will beat your dad up. Of course we all have our opinions and everything, this thread just seems like childish arguing to me.
