One of my colleagues finally picked this beautiful machine up yesterday after taking about one for the past 6 months. He let me take it for a spin while he was in the O.R. What a smooth driving and awesome sounding car! I’ve always wanted one and this just whets my appetite. Of course, I want a blue one with a tan interior. ;)
I drove it home and told my wife I had something show her. It scared the crap out of her as I have already done this after buying two corvettes and two Ferraris.  I let her in on the joke pretty quick as I could tell she was about 3 seconds from a panic attack. ;)

I would have LOVED to have done that. Never thought to travel for the event you did, and every time WCD comes through LA I either miss/forget the date, or I'm stuck working.

See Maury? Now you can see why the GranTurismo's my absolute dream car. The ride is just so smoooooooth. But I would of course get it in Bianco Eldorado White with a Bordeaux Red interior, and smoked wheels. :D

Definently... an awesome fun driving car and does have that nice growl at 50mph. Handles very, very well.. Maserati gets big kudos on this new model!!!

Doh! No raccoons, I had a repellant device! ;)

The car rides VERY smoothly. Reminds me of a Jag suspension but a bit tighter. The steering is harder to turn than I expected being power steering and all. The power isn't anything on the 360, you can tell the car weighs a good bit more, but I loved it. One thing I didn't like is how you can't really hear the engine that good unless you stomp on it. I rolled the windows down to get a better listen. Of course my 360 with hyperflows and a Tubi is so loud I can't really talk on a cell phone while I'm driving it, so I'm a bit biased on exhausts. ;)

If I were 50+ I would definitely have a Gran Tourismo. I saw one in downtown Baton Rouge last week, the guy didn't look like he had a care in the world. But the Q-Port is still my dream Maserati.
