    Just thought i would share some pictures of my ongoing project. The car started life as a manual 360 spider with argento/bordeaux colour combo, not really my ideal but the condition was great and price good. Ive had two stradales previously and loved the look, always wanted a white car and love a convertible ..... so thought what the heck, lets do it !!

    This car was purchased two months ago and has spent the last three weeks with a very skilled bodyshop, the paintwork and panel conversion should be finished this week. Wheels will be finished in Grigio silverstone and brakes upgraded to Brembo bigs.

    Any news when you'll get the car back yet Rob? Are you leaving your 19" Strad wheels silver or going with another colour like Titanium?

    End of this week, 19"strad wheels in grigio silverstone ... titanium bolts arrived, carbon mirrors due next week.

    What colour will the interior be?
    Will you go for the sport seats?
    Have you thought of a colour for the calipers and stripe or not?

    Very cool. I would hope no stripe. The Fuji looks weird with the white background of the CS stripe. Thanks for the thread!

    When I read the title I thought you were converting a hardtop Stradale to a spider lolll. Looks amazing though.

    Any tricks/tips to get the head light covers off the assembly?

    The bodyshop used some heat too soften the bonding and a sharp craft knife :)

    So near its painfull But god it looks stunning

    Light washers now perfect, panel gap needs reducing on front bumper ... rear bumper on ( strad diffusers to order), bonnet on and awaiting friday arrival of carbon mirrors. Wheels hopefully on tomorrow

    Paintshield protective film being fitted today... Bonnet, wings and sills.

    Spoke with a more local race team on the same trading estate (RGS Motorsport) ... ride height and geo set on tuesday .. :)

    Rob, why didn't you go for the Strad rear bumper too if your fitting all the skirts and front bumper, cf mirrors, wheels, etc?
