Hey everyone long time no see.

I have to post this up here so "others" don't get screwed!

Lambo of Houston just got screwed on this car from the RM auction @ $101k+ +juice! about $115k total.

Here's the deal..... The car had the odo tampered with then all of a sudden the odo went missing and it was never disclosed.

I have about 100 pictures of this car in its "bad state" all of a sudden it gets a little paint and wham! bam! it goes from a $50k or so car to over 100k. (with less than 5k worth of detail work & a "replacement odo")

Minded this CT has not travled more than eh-hem "180 miles" since motorcars international had it in 06 then Domani had it then a "drug dealer" that ran the piss out of it for almost a year and trashed the car then the odo goes missing soon after he died.

I had a chance to look at this car today and almost puked looking at it.

I hate doing this to Lambo of Houston but its better than a collector getting hosed yet again by this very car.

This car had big problems when Domani had it 3 years ago and its well documented in Lambo forums.

Now hopefully the word gets around so we can finally put this car to rest.

The person that put this car up for auction with RM knowing that the ODO was missing/tampered with should be arrested! PERIOD!

Thanks for what appears to be good info..

BUT...did you talk to Lambo of Houston first and see what they would do about it..

I mean this post "eludes" to the fact that they know it and are still selling it as it is presented...which I HIGHLY dont think they would...I have always had very good working association with them in the past.

I would think it fair to get an answer or clarification from them on this point IMO.

    Howdy Roy!

I spent 4 hours with Raj and Gary today.

Nice guys. They had zero clue as to what was up with this car until I took my laptop to them and showed them the car from my laptop.

I got screwed on this car last year (long story).

Then when I saw it in my back yard I'd just about lost it.

They are going to go to RM to see if they can do a buy-back on it.

Roy PM me your number so I can call you right now.

    WOW!!

Roy, do recognize this car??? It was that white one in Nampa, Idaho that Kevin was going to look at last year for me!! But, the gal that owned it would never call you, me or Kevin back. Sounds like we dodged a bullet on this one!

I LOVE the Countach I've got now!! :)

    Her name is/was Michelle Peden.

She hosed us big time. She would have hosed you out of your $.

I'm sure as this thread catches fire others will chime in on this.

According to Roy it's a civil matter and not criminal.

She wouldnt call you because she was hiding after she screwed us.

Now all of a sudden the car shows up again within an hour from us @ Lambo Houston.

Trust me when I tell you it's a rag dog!

The right thing was for someone to have spent 15k and had it repainted (the paint is horrible at best) the engine's paint in the FI is coming off. Looks like it had a couple cheap coats of paint caked on it. The cracked rear fender was fixed bit it has a few small scratches on it to hide the fact it was repainted.

She did away with the ODO to hide the fact that the car had 17k+ KM's on it (at the very least) she also made the radio + all the screws from the air dams go away along with all the screws from the rear wing.

When I questioned her why would someone do all that she said the person that murdered her husband attempted to strip the car. BS!

I mean come on no insurance claim, no police report! I even spoke to an Idaho state trooper that told me he saw this car broken down on the side of the road and it was in bad shape when he saw it. Not many CT's in IDAHO! LOL

The biggest BS to all of this other than what I've listed above is she is married to another guy that's very much alive and has his last name.

Her so-called husband dies (murdered in a drug deal), the car gets stripped right after the murder, and she's married to another guy all within a few weeks? Yeah OK!

I think she got this car by ill means (forged title) or what have you. She was a total flake about us digging into her when she screwed us.

She never did bother to answer my lawyer's certified mail, and basically vanished into thin air. (along with the car) until now exactly a year later!

I'm wondering how many others out there she screwed?

Here's some pix of it on a "farm trailer" with farm sh*t on it!

Yes there was. If someone can find it and post it here and pass this along to everyone you know.

If you were buying a car like this and someone did this to you, I'm sure you would want everyone on this planet to know!

    Thanks!

I can't find a thread specific to this car on L-P, but in a mid-summer 2009 thread you started there called "Looking for a "good" Countach" KLA12550 is mentioned by you a few times. You also mention there being a thread here on this specific car, circa 2006/7.

    Yup, that's me.

I actually did get a good CT. An 84 Euro carb car.

The person I bought the car from has become like a brother.

I got burned pretty back on this particular car, I'm sure others have too that's why everyone has to know.

I have the pictures to prove it.

so let me get this right.....i am a little slow..you'll notice i am from the land down under.

    You purchased the car?
    You handed the money?

But you didn't actually take possession of the car?

    Also

Regarding the car at Houston...with the new odo...
Don't you guys in the states have annual inspections where the odo is recorded by your
department of motor vehicles/road authoritys? Shouldn't this be evident in the Autocheck Report?

I purchased a CT from overthere a few years ago and i did the relevant checks to
confirm that the odo had not been tampered.

Nothing guarantees against odo tampering...but who could be bothered tampering with the odo every year just before the DMV checks?

    Ditto.

This car does need to be parted out.

    Too much bad history.

Dean the car is also on eBay right now. Quite a few people messed with it over the last 5 or so years. Since the ODO was missing it simply went "exempt" when it went from Montana to Idaho DMW and since it's 10 years older and older the DMW does not note it like they would with a newer car. The laws here are 10 years anything older if it has not be documented really doesn't need to be documented if the new owner does not want the info disclosed that's why it's showing "exempt" from where this woman "transferred" the car from her so-called dead husband into her name.

Gary (co-owner) Lambo of Houston told me in person yesterday that they would not sell this car and misrepresent it the way they are doing. I mean come on how stupid can you be and not know that this car has about 420HP They are pushing this as if it were a DD @ 455HP which everyone here knows that's not to be factual info.

We should all chip in and part this car out. My wife would probably want to use the frame as a planter for our mint plants!

I'm sorry, but I find this license plate frame absolutely hilarious. If this guy was in fact a drug dealer, the plate just makes perfect sense. Nothing classier than a fake diamond encrusted license plate frame with dollar signs on a Lamborghini Countach! Hope this all gets sorted out soon.

I don't know if your mind has gone or what? I knew the former owner of this car and it has been serviced in our shop. I am not sure where this car has been all of its life but it appeared in excellent condition when it was here. and that has not been too long ago. I ask " have you ever owned a Lambo before? Do you know exactly what you are talking about? Do you have paper work showing the vin number on this car. It sounds to me like you have been scammed by someone using this vin number and want to take retribution out on the guys in houston. I know this car and the guys in houston very well and a am sure your expertise is no match from a dealer that has been around Lambos for a long time and has an impeccable reputation for its dealings. This is a nice car and doesn't deserve the slam you are giving it.

............................... I must be slow too, I have not figured out exactly whats going on but I think he ( triple X ) was about to purchase the Countach for $ 50K then it disappeared ,then it came up for auction and sold for $ 115K ,so he is warning everybody that its not worth the big money and to top it off the odometer is now missing .

Dear “triple-x”/”fairlady-Z” (previously banned from other forums for related activity),
We politely entertained your lengthy stories for several hours yesterday. First of all, you never once spoke to Gary Seale nor did he speak to you. Secondly, where to even begin…

I have known and dealt with this car for many years. We sold it out of our MotorCars International store in 1999 to a client in TN. I purchased it back from him while at our MotorCars International store when he moved to a home with a long gravel driveway that he didn’t want to subject this car to whenever he would want to take it for a drive. We then traded it to a well known Lamborghini owner and forum member for his ’94 Diablo SE30 (which we had also previously sold him through our Lamborghini Dallas store.) He then sold it to Domani Motors. It is no secret that it sat there for quite some time. We watched as they continued to keep the price extremely high for the market at that time. While there it was reported 3rd or 4th hand on a forum that someone’s distant cousin’s best friend’s roommate’s pool man or something saw the car at their dealership (after it had been there a while, I might add.) When the door was closed, the front lens fell off. Been around many Countachs? There was a leak of oil under the Countach. Again, been around many? They wouldn’t let them drive the car. That’s ok. I probably wouldn’t have either.

Bottom line, this whole thing is a joke. Some lady that stole your money produced some pictures. The funny thing is, with the pictures you were provided, you decided that was the car for you and sent them money!! You bought some grand story about a drug dealer in Idaho (they have those there?…that drive Countachs in 2009?!) that supposedly (according to someone that took your $40k and disappeared!) drove the car and trashed it for 15,000+ miles. Really? You bought that story? I’ve been around a whole lot of Countachs. You don’t trash a car that long and then bring it back to this state like that. Not without a whole lot of time and a whole lot of money. It’d still never be the same. This car still has the detail we gave it at MotorCars even underneath. Did you look there? I’d say I’m sorry you lost your money, but frankly your stories don’t add up. Don’t drag us, Lamborghini Houston, MotorCars International, myself, or anyone else here or this fine Anniversary Countach into your stories.

I have an 84' CT + a host of "other" high end cars in my collection would you like me to drive any of them it there when it's not raining?

Sorry but I'm not about to drive 65 miles in rush hour traffic in a perfect car in the rain.

I told Raj I do not take my pristine collector cars out in the rain for anyone especially for this.

Heck I don't even take out my 88 Dinan M5 out when it's raining like it was yesterday.

Look at the pictures the vin number is on the windows.

I SPOKE to a state trooper that confirmed that the car WAS with her at the time the deal was consummated.

Don't try to defend a car that's been trashed now that you're somewhat upsdie down by at least 30 grand.

I have over 100 pictures of this car both on a farm trailer with cow sh*t on it and in her garage with all those parts missing, and you still insist on representing this car as what?

I spent less than 5 minutes with the car that's how digusted I was I didn't even want to look at it.

Remeber I didn't come in to "look to buy it" only to confirm the condition. 1800 mile cars do not have their FI paint coming off of it, nor do they look like they've been painted a couple of times with a can of WURTH paint! I've been a car collector for a better part of 20 years, trust me I have an eye for detail after all I am a coin dealer by trade meaning in my profession I do have to have an eye for detail since I earn my living with my EYES!

I do not need to bend down on a dirty floor to look at a car's underside when the top has all that paint blend work done on it and the spoiler has all those rivets holding it.

Each area that I confirmed something was "repainted" had small hairline scratches to hide the fact it was repainted. Save the BS for someone else that does not know cars like I do.

Anyone is welcome to go to your establishment to confirm my so-called story.

Like I told Raj I just wanted to put closure to this since I'm less than a couple of hours away nothing more nothing less.

You ARE misrepresenting a car plain and simple, if you want to continue to put a band-aid on it that's up to you.

Look at your ad you're calling it a 455HP car. LMAO

Save the used car attitude. It is what it is. In my humble opinion it's a piece of junk that I wouldnt even want to spend 5 mins with.

It's my opinion and I'm entitled to it no matter what you or anyone here or anywhere else thinks.

Whom ever I spoke to Gary? or whatevre his name is doenst matter now does it? In fact he didn't give his name so I assumed it was Gary, I'm almost sure it was but that does not matter I spent most of the time with Raj anyway. He would be the person I would absolutly do business with if I were ever in the market to buy anything of interest from your establishement. If you noticed the only two cars that caught my attention were the Ford GT and the GT350 you had, minded I didn't go there to "buy" a car.
The rest didn't even catch my attention since I'm not a lambo guy. I had an itch last year to add a "good CT" to my car collection which I did and moved on to other interests.

Like I told you I do not spend time on these message boards I'm way too busy fishing around the world and enjoying my "other hobbies" and child to be here getting into a pissing match with you or anyone this why I let thing's "go" for about a year. That's until the car showed up so close to home.

If you had an ounce of integrity you would "sell" the car with the info I provided to you.

You even said it yourself that without a doubt the car I showed you on my laptop from the actual emails are without a doubt the same car.

The woman told me in her own words what happened to the speedo I had a IDAHO State Trooper also varify this info now you want to "gloryfy" it?

You used car dealers hate guys like me that tell it like it is in an open forum, maybe if you didn't have the attitude you did I "might" have not posted anything here.

    Caveat Emptor!

One more thing Randy, actually two. (I didn't get your name yesterday only an attitude like your sh*t didn't stink.)

Yes I did get banned from L A M B O PPPO W ER (lmao I had to edit this twice you can't even mention that name here) by vapor boy. He owns the site so if he wants to ban me who cares, like I give a sh*t . Let's see that's the first and only site I've ever been banned from. Big sh*t. He's been banned from what? at least 15-20 boards that I know of.... He's well loved on the Viper boards where I sometimes hang out.

In fact I totally forgot what Allan's name was yesterday since it's been more than a year. Like I said I moved on.....

That *** wouldnt rise to my challange. My two ACR's + $100k in cash vs his POS Gayardo to have a chance to whip his ass on a "Street Fury" series video. "If I won" lmao I would have donated his POS to charity along with the 100k.

I guess you're buds with vapor boy since you're bringing up that I got "banned" from vapor-power. Remember you pretended yesterday that you had no idea what I was talking about and that you "do-not" go to the chat boards when in fact you do.

Another b/s since your entire career is based on who buys your cars. Remember to me the cars I currently own are simply a hobby I can live with or without them. But when it comes time to have a little fun trust me I do know how to enjoy them.

Mind telling me since you think I'm oopid.

How did you manage to keep Mario's car out of the carfax that it was basically destroyed when it got in that wreck that was in the public eye.

I had a very minor scratch on my ACR viper's front that I wanted to have "touched" up it shows up in the car fax that it was involved in an accident which it was not.

Mind telling me how you got away with much more damage to Mario's car?

Also, kindly entertained me? lol If you thought you were being kind? Why didn't you simply tell me to go F myself when I walked up to the CT and start calling it out, or why did you even let me see it if you knew I was only there to confirm what I'm talking about on this forum.

In fact I didn't want to go there, my lawyer "kindly asked me" to go there to take pictures, but what for I don't need pictures to confirm the car was actually in Texas.

You should have simply told me to go F myself. No biggy I can handle it. Didn't you and vapor boy already do that on vapor-power? lol

You'll cheerfully do it hiding behind a keyboard, but in person you were being "kind" lmao.

But then again you have no idea who I am and that we "may" share some high end clients as mutal clients since I'm a bullion dealer that's probably why you were "so kind".

Didn't want to piss me off now did we? lol

For someone that says they have no time for this kind of thing, you sure do intend to make it personal and draw anyone you can into the ring. Why didn't I tell you to "take a hike" (or whatever you would have preferred me to say) when you were here? Because I don't do that. I attempted to give you the benefit of the doubt. Anyone that knows me will tell you the same. The Andretti car is none of your business. We made no attempt to hide anything on that car. The buyer of the car was/is fully aware of its history and is very happy with it.

...and frankly, I don't care if you're pissed off or not. No reason to be with me.
