Ferrari 599 Secondary Catbypass pipes are available!! Retail price on Fabspeed.com. 5% discount to all members. PM or email me for pricing or if you have any questions.

    • Fits all Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano 2007+
    • Saves 16.1lbs/7.3kg from under the vehicle.
    • Projected power gain +20HP on the Enzo V12 engine.
    • Replaces the OEM 2ndary 500 cell, unnecessary restrictive catalytic converters for increased exhaust flow and power.
    • No Check Engine Light.
    • High quality 14 gauge T304 stainless steel, C.N.C. mandrel bent tubing.
    • Dramatically improved horsepower, throttle response and unique sportscar sound.
    • Simple, Bolt-on installation with all hardware included.
Fabspeed new 599 2ndary catbypass pipes replace the OEM 2ndary catalytic converters to increase overall power and save weight. The Ferrari 599 has 2 sets of catalytic converters on the exhaust and by bypassing the 2ndary unnecessary set, you will increase power and sportscar sound, while saving weight at the same time. So why not eliminate a set to improve the responsiveness of the car and still comply with emissions and warranty. Fabspeed bypass pipes are made from 14 gauge, T304 stainless steel and mandrel bent tubing for ultimate flow and durability.

Fabspeed 2ndary catbypass pipes are a direct replacement fit just like OEM. For more power and a more enjoyable sound, Fabspeed offers a Maxflo Valvtronic Muffler and BMC Air Filters for better engine air flow.

Please feel free to check out our website, Fabspeed.com for more products for your 599. We are the premier East coast distributor and tuning center for EVOMSit software and have an ECU upgrade available for your 599.

Coupe 1- I had a customer who recently did them and is supposed to send me a video, so I don't have anything right now. Let me know if anyone of you are interested in doing a video for us and I will offer you a deeper discount.

    Thanks,

A sound clip might sway a lot of interested parties out there. I am thinking an OEM exhaust with valves with the secondary bypass cats. At low rpms will sound a little louder but when you drop a gear or two (and valves open), it will really scream. But still within tolerable limits. I had a friend who did this set up on his Scud and it was better than any exhaust mod. But for those who want a loud setup, the bypass cats + rear box exhaust will really rock!

I just had similar straight pipes installed into a 599 HGTE with Tubi mufflers. I took video yesterday. I'll see if I can upload the video later.

My 07 599 has the Fabspeed secondary cat straightpipes with the factory mufflers and it sounds great(I think so)...I also plugged the vac. hoses to each muffler so now the valves stay open too...Sounds sweet when you get on it going through a tunnel or underpass..No drone and not obnoxious.
Iam sorry but I dont have a way to make a sound clip.:(

I have a video of a 599 with Tubi Exhaust and Secondary Cat Bypass (not the same one as in this thread but similar).

    http://youtu.be/exdN2qLhfVs

Sounds pretty good and we didn't even go to very high RPMs.

Sounds pretty good. How does the tubi sound compared to oem?
With the fabspeeds installed, does it sound higher pitch at 4 to 6k rpm compared to oem?

The Tubi is a little louder than OEM but I think the tone is basically the same. I actually don't have fabspeed bypass, but the design is same anyway. At 4-6k rpm, it just becomes louder, and more raw sounding, but not necessarily higher pitch. Now, I like crusing around at low speeds more (1st to 3rd) gear, with more rumble.

I have installed tubi bypass and their rumor, loud back boxes. The sound outside the car is fantastic, but inside between 2.5k and 3.5k is a horrible drone that hurts my ears so they will have to go. I want to keep the bypass pipes and re fit the standard back boxes, is it possible to manually open/close the valves on the back boxes ? Where is the electrical solenoid that controls these valves.

so sounds like bypass pipes and OEM mufflers are a good mix. How's the sound when the car is idling and when you pull it thru the gears?

We haven't had a chance to dyno a car with these bypass pipes, but the feedback we get is 100% positive.. bit with the power increase and sound. Please let me know if you have any other questions or if you want to order a set. Thanks!
