Well you have heard the story before... First Joe now me Longtime Mondial lover runs out of space and needs to let the prize possession go. My young Sons have grown & I have just today committed on a less family friendly two place Ferrari. This car has treated me exceptionally well from the start (7 years). Excellent condition, fantastic to own & drive. Looks super from every angle. Recent 30k service in '09. Now only 32k miles. Lovingly kept in my collection as a fun weekly experience or just to hear the Tubi. Fresh Daytona pattern Crema leather. Updated factory Alcantara material headliner. Beautiful carpet, dash and console. Ready to go without any needs. Take an opportunity to treat yourself to one of only 43 t coupes in the USA, and the only Prugna one. $39,000 complete with one-off Forgeline "Challenge" wheels, books, records, original brochure, tools etc. I have the original factory wheels too if you prefer. I've always loved your car and after seeing yours I considered one hard but going with the 348 it still maybe in mi future or a GT4
You have GOT TO BE F@#$%@#$RE#R@$R KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!! For those who want to know--- This car is SPECTACULAR... if you ever wanted a Mondial Coupe, and you can afford the best, and you don't buy this car.... you are an A$$.
I'm (barely) reading this through dialated eyes (at the eye clinic) and can only say "Now you're selling?!!" Awesome car and great price!
I know I know. Joe had one time mentioned to me "if your ever selling keep me in mind" and I responded to him "thanks but not at this time" - then I see Joe wants a Testarossa! Oh boy. And Wade, well he is my coupe brethren. Nevertheless something had come up recently in my life - and it has gotten me off to new adventures on many fronts. But if it does not sell then so be it - but it would help offset the new balance if & when it does as the other car is in transit Monday. We will see how it goes.
Thank you buddy. I have been driving it all week. Just today I put 50 miles on it and was still enamored with its manors. I bought a Stradale.
OH - - - MY - - - GOD !!!!!! I am in total shock!!! You're really going to sell the Prugna Queen????? Does she know of your intentions??? In my eyes, she is the most beautiful "t" coupe on the planet. Honestly Michael, if I didn't have Rachel, you and I would be on the phone right now, cementing a deal. Of course, I wish you only the best of luck in your new endeavors....with nothing but joy driving your new toy. And don't forget to protect your dash. Hey, we still share the love for our Pagodas. Cheers, Hank
oh man that's a 1 + are there any t owners left honestly that color is the best in the coup is a very rare. honestly I would pay a bit more for that .
Totally agree. This is far and away the most beautiful Mondi Coupe out there. The color combination (classy), along with the daytona seat and wheel upgrades (sporty) make it an outstandingly gorgeous car.
I seriously cannot even wrap my head around the fact that he is selling her. IMHO, it would --literally- be impossible to make a better looking Mondial Coupe. Talk about the proverbial needle in a haystack. 1) IMHO, He has the best color combo...and the ONLY one in the U.S. 2) They only made 42 to begin with! 3) The wheels, the seats, the alcantara. Good luck finding those wheels...ask me how I know. The other mods are so exquisitely and tastefully done. This car is just from another planet.
I should be paying you guys for this Thank you all. I always felt it was gorgeous, but its nice to hear a confirmation. I have a very good feel from two forum members. We will see how it pans out. I drove it more today, its scrumptious how the Tubi howls off the buildings in town.
This January, there's still a chance! IMHO anyway From the Back from Cavallino, not a single Mondial thread. Maybe another class for "modified" cars?
Hello..Has your car sold as yet? I've had several & I am looking once again..Thanks Rod 858-484-1111...
Oh yes. I have a conga line of three f-chatters actually. Deposit placed by #1 and just allowing scheduling for pick up.
Hey, that's great. At least I'll know where it is in a few years... Maybe purchase from the next owner!! Congrats, it's a beautiful Mondi. --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=53.907295,-122.789678
Just to bring some closure, I was at the front of the conga line! Michael's beautiful Prugna Queen is now resingt comfortably in south Florida in her new home after a long uneventful drive after picking her up yesterday. I will post separately when I get some time, but Michael was terrific to work with and I am looking forward to being the new "caretaker" of this rare and lovely vehicle!! Regards, Jerry
Jerry - that is so nice. I am in Vegas getting some sun but I have been thinking about you. You are just the gentleman I wanted for the mighty Mondial. I want everyone to know that I was really choked up as you drove away up that on ramp. I couldn't speak (really) but smiled as you accelerated away together as I held back more emotion. It was a moment I will never forget. Mondials are absolutely fantastic. Enjoy my friend.
Long live the "Prugna Queen" !!! And congrats to you, Jerry.......... You've purchased a stunning, very loved and treasured piece of rolling artwork. We need some pictures . . so that we subjects will be able to see our queen, happy in her new castle !! Now, I suppose I'll have to send Michael a case of tissues for "tear duty". Enjoy, Hank
Michael I did "goose" it up the ramp for you benefit, hope you heard it!! I have sent a private email, but publicly I will say I hope your lovely wife was smart enough to take possession of the $$$ BEFORE you left for Vegas! Hank, the weather here is lousy, although the weather was good on the ride back except for the last hour or so. As soon as it clears up, I will take a couple of new photos, (may have to wipe her down, don't know the last time she saw rain) but I can assure you it looks just like the pictures Michael has posted in the past!! Regards, Jerry
Hi Michael I very fresh here in this forum, but I've joined, becuase looking for a Mondial t. I have a Fiat Dino 2.4 (as perhaps you know with the engine of Ferrari Dino) but I would like to have something a bit modern and.......honestly I need aircondition.....yes I am getting older. Four seats are must, otherwise my family would kill me leaving them alone, while driving on the weekend. So I need a Mondial t ( I am sure I don't have to explain why I prefer the "t") My selected colours are: - blue - green - bourdon with cream leather. Coupe only! I dont like cabriolet! So your car would be perfect, but I prefer a EU models and EU source, becuase of transportation and registration point of view. Do you have any idear where should I search for it? Do you have here a special forum about cars for sell? Thank you for any suggestion! Botond
Hello Botond, If I may answer, most of the Mondial t Coupes were sent to Europe and the Cabs mostly going to the U.S. You may want to keep an eye on these websites: http://www.jameslist.com/cars http://www.finecars.cc/ By the way, welcome to FerrariChat and good luck, the t Coupe is an awesome Ferrari.
