    It's 07862.

The Dino was buried when it was stolen in Dec 74. The picture was taking when it was being dug up in 1978.

"07862" (tx246), photo shows to be U.S. spec "Chairs & Flairs", last registered in Burbank in '94, dark Met Green/tan/black according to the Dino Register. Anyone else see any other clues? Would be great to see a current image.
