It's 07862. The Dino was buried when it was stolen in Dec 74. The picture was taking when it was being dug up in 1978.
autoweek mar. 3 1986 had a great article about the stolen dino buried in a los angeles back yard. a follow up letter to the article by ira schwartz stated the car was restored and registered in ca., license "dug up ". wonder if more is known about it now ?
"07862" (tx246), photo shows to be U.S. spec "Chairs & Flairs", last registered in Burbank in '94, dark Met Green/tan/black according to the Dino Register. Anyone else see any other clues? Would be great to see a current image. Freeman
