For a while I was down to one key, and one black remote. Lot of stress for a while until I decided to make it happen and solve the problem.

Sent the remote off to Gobble (Mark) and he was quick to get me back a couple additional clones. Very happy customer.

The only thing I would say to do is use a carrier like FedEx and insure the package for say - the quoted price from a local dealer for a whole alarm/ECU swap should FedEx lose it or whatever, in which case you can (hopefully) get the money to have the dealer take care of it the very expensive way.

For the keys, I ordered the X152/FT46 Fiat keys from eBay, but when I took them to my local key shop to be cut, they actually had these in stock, for like $3/each (paid $7 on ebay). So I grabbed 2 more at the shop, and I had 4 extra keys cut from the only master/orignal I had, and the total cost was literally $20, and they did it in under five minutes. (And I think these dudes were stoned at the time lol).

Of all the key copies just about all worked, although some took some finessing, and FYI the key is cut on both sides simply to work whether insert it one way or the other, so you don't have to figure out 'which way is up'. I only had one key where it could only be inserted a certain side up, but out of 4 keys and for that price who cares.

Only thing is the visual aspect of the plain Fiat replacement key blanks. They look cheesy, but with a dremel and an Enzo key blank from the Ferrari store, I think I can spruce one or two up ;)

P.S. - If anyone has the link to the long/detailed thread about to go about cutting the key and inserting it into the Enzo housing from the Ferrari store, PLEASE POST IT, I can't find it in the search for some reason. I remember people went so far as to even put a coin or two in it to give it the proper heft/weight lol.

Call the Ferrari Store in San Francisco. I bought my Enzo key there in April and they had a few in stock.

I did a thread in which I modded the Fiat key into the Enzo key and then painted the Enzo key black to match my CS.

    Good luck!

I saw Enzo key blanks at the Waikiki Ferrari store in Honolulu 2 months ago. I forgot the exact price but they were not cheap

The first series that were uncut were $190 ( bought a dozen a few years back for me and some others here on Fchat that wanted them), then they replaced those with the cut keys for the same price. Now they only make the cut version and appear to be $249.
