I have been looking around for wheels for my 360 and finally decided to have some built. I friend of mine owns/runs CCW wheels,Complete Custom Wheels. I have his race wheels for my C5/Viper and street wheels for my SC. I talked to him last week and he said he would "try" to build some wheels for my 360. I gave him some specs that I took with a tape measure, and he built me these wheels in 4 days. They are 19x8.5f 19x13r. 235/35/19f 355/25/19r They fit the first time, no issues. These are cut from a one piece of billet aluminum There is no pricing for these yet, he will let me know and I will pass it on. See what you think...

Looks good, the deep dish on the rear especially, I saw some like this at SEMA in Vegas and they painted the edges of the spokes in the body color, it looked nice.

Once again, you've done a great job with the transformation of this addition to your collection. I'm also curious about weight for these. Any intention of getting the Challenge Grill installed on the rear of your 360? IMO it would really finish off the look. I know some folks aren't fond of the C-grills, but your 360 with the tint and wheels would really be "set off" with the addition of the C-Grill.

Thanks, I'm one of those that don't care for the Challenge Grill.. I'm not sure of the weight, the tires were mounted when I recieved them. I went to the dragstrip today to make a few passes in my Viper, and here are a few more pictures of the 360 at the track..

  11. Looks great, The wheels match the overall feel of the car I would say. Overall good choice. Very nice detailing job aswell. As for the challange grill I like them both equally a Challange grill or not they both look perfect IMO.

Those look pretty sweet; they somehow make the car look more muscular and agressive, and go very nicely on a red 360.

I always found that a 5 star pattern wheel compliments all Ferraris. Those CCW wheels look great on your car.
Did you happen to make a few passes with the 360 down the 1/4 mile?

    Ok, here's my opinion.

    Love the wheel design.

Hate the chrome! I'm at a bit of a loss here. I know from the forum that you're very performance oriented. So, why would you add chrome to an already over-weight wheel??? (I'm assuming since you stated that it's overweight at 19" that the weight reference was made even before it was chromed.) So, not only are you taking a bit of a hit on acceleration (albeit a small amount) with the increased mass being further out but the real hit comes in breaking decrease if they are indeed that much heavier. Also if it is a good deal heavier (are we talking only 10% heavier or say 30%+) your shock valving is now all wrong due to the increase in unsprung weight... :(

Could you just be happy with polished out aluminum?

Rear tire is really 355/25/19r? How is the handling now, did you gain anything with that increase?

Like Alex said, they are polished aluminum..I don't care for chrome either. As far as handling, I haven't driven it enough.

    Thanks for the comments!

Streetking, i just saw that somebody questioned a 355 profile on the beast. When I saw this profile, i thought no fekn way man, theres just no way.

Looking at the tyre closely, its seems to be 335 but even then, that is really really quite some size for a 360 is it not?

    regards,

    Matthew

CCW specializes in racing wheels, they are light & these are polished...not chrome.
