From what I have heard they are not street legal but as long as you do not get caught you will be fine . LOL!
That's why they're in there. They are being federalized by Classic Coach. The race car is brand new, left over from last years season. Bob S
That car is hot! The changes made make it a much better looker to me than the Enzo. Simple as they may be.
I was there yesterday and they were all apart to some degree or another. They were making computer changes when I was there. I asked and was told that the street versions were being Federalized or D.O.T. but they didn't say anything about the racecar. You can't drive that one on the road, it's only 2" off the ground whereas the others can raise and lower themselves. Bob S.
I asked and was told only to take pictures of cars that were all together. Well, that was the most interesting part for me. Seeing the three of them apart and being able to see all the details and ask questions. Sorry I couldn't share it. The Costin Coupe, Pagani Zonda and many others weren't exactly chopped liver but I sort of took the specific directions on what to photograph as a polite no so I took none. Bob S.
I think it will be there through the weekend but who knows. It was in for a NJ inspection, don't know why he didn't just take it to the DMV?, and some other minor stuff. Not a lot of work so maybe it will be gone soon. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=82318
... that car should be a 2004 car, recently auctioned by Sotheby's at the Fiorano Track, VIN number ZAMDF44B000015442. Winner of the 2004 GP of Zhuhai, China.
the blue MCC shown on those beautiful pics. MCC = race car MC12 = road car And that's a race car, so... Maserati Corse Competizione (MCC) Maserati Corse 12 (MC12)
I have no idea what the serial number might be but this particular has never been raced. I doubt it's even been broken in. It looks that new.
