Great pictures of the Dino Factory. They even let some Ferraris in!

There is only one car that is more photogenic than a Dino.

It is the Alfa Tipo 33 Stradale, particularly when photographed by Lamm (Road and Track).
Where is that Polish guy who had contacts with the Cobra (body) factory guys in Mielec? (They used to make MIGs and switched to aluminum cars) Could they make me a replica? I will mortgage the house...

We need Lamm to shoot some pics of the Dino. For your next story, Freeman ! With your very car.

If people were wondering about paint quality of the cars leaving the factory back then, those pictures provide some answers. They look pretty good to me.

    Fantastic photos!

The first one of the RHD yellow Dino shows that it has a mirror unlike what is being touted at the large concours judging.

it is worth noting that of all the dino's shown in the pictures, only one is red.

the side view mirror is interesting. i have never seen a mirror like that before.

Most records show 18 units produced of the T33 Strdale, but there is some confusion as to the total number of T33s produced, as the exist in 2 liter, 2.5 liter and 3 liter variations, and there are some show cars...and after that came the somewhat unrealated T33TT cars

The mirror looks like a Vittaloni (sp?) to me.

I love seeing all those Dino's and Daytonas' lying around with reckless abandon.

I believe that when he says "red" he is referring to Rosso Corsa (300) and the fact that many cars have since been repainted in that color.

Goes to show that most Ferraris leaving the factory before the 308 was introduced were not red. Interesting how non-red cars are coming back in vogue.
