    As I came home from school today, I noticed A PACKAGE at the front door, and then I started freaking out. I knew it was my new Apple MacBook Pro 2.0GHz. As I was unpacking it, I took about 1 billion pics, which I will post later. I am actually posting this on my Macbook now. It's a dream to type on. It's also very, very fast. Everything is so cool about it that I can't describe it. You guys just have to get one of these.

    Also, can you run Windows applications on it?

    Isn't there something that'll let you do it? What is Rosetta? What about WINE?

    i havent been ou tof my room since i got in my room, so i havent unplugged the magsafe power cord, so i dont know the battery life. what specific specs do you want?

    I got mine yesterday, too, & spent the last night to set it up, so I can take it to the biz trip.

    So far, I haven't noticed the faster speed compared w/ G5 desktop. (for FM & Office)

    This new laptop is bigger than PB G4 12" which was my previous laptop. I just never realized how much adjustment I need to use it on a plane, on my lap, etc.

    Overall, I am satisfied w/ this new one though. Finally Mac Laptop w/ a camera function!
