    My friend and mechanic tells me he has arthritis in his hands. It now is hard for him to do the work on my sweet thing. Rats. He is going to retire. Yipes. He is too young to stop making a Ferrari well again. Where can I find an honest and knowledgeable mechanic?

    I am very unhappy. My sweet is in his hospital right now. Can this be the last time a trustworthy man touches my 550? Boy, I hope not. Maybe I can get him to continue to work on it. No, when he leaves, he leaves. I know him. I am not a happy man tonight.

    PS: The M1 he has is about ready to be street legal again. The 250 GTO is out the door.

    That's a darn shame, Bart. How long has he been doing this & how soon do you suppose he'll retire? To him, what is more painful - the arthritis or the retirement?

    You spill the beans and then blame a few who react to the news you posted so poorly..

    If he told you he might have told others but he must have felt he told you in some sort of confidence or he would not be mad now...

    Step-up and say hey I messed up sorry, over reacted to the news was worried about myself, but no you blame the people who reacted to your post and that is wrong.....

    why should someone be so upset , its not a life threatening illness, although he may have a hard time rubbing one off now. ...suddenly im sad for him ..
