Some kind of bespoke supra/mitsubishi with 1000bhp and £50K spent on it I would imagine. I saw a few of those at rockingham recently, they were probably close to those figures I guess, but they were like drag cars, not particularly elegant, and stuffed when it came to turning a corner :)

He said "car" so I don't know if you would call a motorcycle that. I'm going to say a TT Viper.

It was the Tommy Kaira Skyline, i have never felt anything like that kind of power, its 875bhp. It felt like my insides were going to come out of my back!! Simnply outstanding, it does not look anything like a drag car either, the body is standard for the Tommy Kaira Skyline simply stunning

    "875bhp"

And how do you know it has 875bhp?
As they usually come with a claimed 465bhp at the crank.

Because this is the actual Skyline that Tommy Kaira owned himself, no expense spared. Over £127,000 in receipts. The 875bhp was on the dyno sheet, that was at 2bar

He was cornering at around 140mph, it really handles well, Tommy Kaira spared no expense in getting this car to what it is. I know that people on here might not like me posting this up but i was so amazed at how fast this car moved.

Dont get me wrong i LOVE Ferrari's and cant wait to own my first one but this cars speed was from another world

    Yet another BS story!
I think that you have been playing video games too long.

There is no person named Tommy Kaira!

Tommy Kaira is a tunning company started in 1987
by a Mr. Tomita and Mr. Kaira.

That's funny as there is no person named "Tommy Kaira". The company was founded by 2 guys: a Mr. Tomita & Mr. Kaira. So, either you're full of it or whoever owned the car was full of it. Granted, it's possible that the owner modded the car after the fact & an 800hp Skyline is mos def possible, but most of the TK cars don't have insane amounts of power. Definitely look fantastic though & the ZZ cars are rather impresive to say the least.

Ok then not owned by "tommy" kaira but mr Kaira, i knew someone would not belive me from here, why would i need to lie, im not saying i own this car at all just saying what i experienced. The owner and the car will be at the donny south show and the car is going to be there on show and doing the quarter mile strip, im sure that if you dont want to go to this then after the event i will post up the reviews about it and prove that im not lying

Dont worry about everyone reaction on here :)

I tell you what, someone should spend £127,000 on buying an F355, putting on twin turbos, lowering compression ratio etc etc and you will have 1000++bhp and a brilliant looking car! And leave £20K in the bank for a couple of engine rebuilds... I know thats what I would do with that cash.

There is an example of a 'mildly' modified twin turbo 355s on this site with around 750 bhp. These guys have spend only around £20K in mods looking through their specs. Considering you can pick up a LHD 355 for around £35K now, its not a bad option :)

It's about traction at that point. I've haven't measured the 0-60 in my sc'd 500+hp 308, but I can't open the thottle past about 2/3 in a 0-60 run without lighting up the tires. I'm not sure about 0-100, the tires do bite over 80 when I shift to 4th...I guess it could still use a bit more hp for the 0-100, but it will hang with most anything on street tires in a 0-60

You havent said whether it was an R33 or R34.
My friend Steve owns the TK 33, silver, and certainly doesnt run those figures, and as far as i know, the red TK 34 is still for sale.
The figures are certainly achievable, with a great deal of expense, and all of the TK cars payed particular attention to their suspension set ups, so their roadholding was always a strong feature.
Expect big bills for engine work though. Many of the high BHP boys in our club have experienced 30K engine rebuilds. A heavily modified Skyline is always an expensive one.
Contrarary to belief, the Skylines are quite an allrounder car, not just having straightline power, but being able to handle very well too_One of the reasons, a Skyline has been the winner of "Ten of The Best" comp for the last 3 years running. 0-60, top speed and handling circuit.
Certainly an icon car to many in the motorsport world, unfortunately dragged down by hideous looking bodykits, and ****s that know nothing and drive pretty much the same, and of course, films like 2F2F, the image again portrays cheap laughable Jap imports. In the right hands, and tuned nicely for optimum road use,the Skyline is certainly a car to be revered.
