Reviewing the book "Ponte Corace/Tiriolo - Giro Automobilistico delle Calabrie", Antonello Cavalcanti, Edition Cronosprint (http://www.cronosprint.it/), I found the following pictures addressed as 1951 Ferrari_Raffaeli-Micali (#810).

In my opinion the car is the 0086M with the same layout of the TF 1951 ( 09/09/51 -Cornacchia #20); the other Ferrari (singleseater layout) registered to GdC 1951 was the Stagnoli's 018M (#824)

For the 0086E the stats report only two races:

-51/apr/01 1st OA Giro di Sicilia Vittorio Marzotto/Paolo Fontana (the famous "carretto siciliano")# 440

    -51/sep/09 dnf Targa Florio Carlo Mancini/Franco Cornacchia#20

It is evident that the body has been modified (front body and bonnet) between Giro della Sicilia (04/51) and Giro della Calabria (08/51).

Does anyone know other entries for that car during 1951?

Your pic clearly shows the Fontana (?) spyder of Mancini, also raced at Senigallia with #82 and Targa Florio #20.
    Yes, it's the ex-Touring barchetta s/n 0028/M.

No connection with the #440 at the Giro di Sicilia (s/n 0086E)...

Your friend I think is correct. The problem for me is the #810[?] There appears to be a passanger aboard at what appears to be a major rally such as the Toscana or Dolomiti where the event numbers go up to over 810. Maybe someone can help. Thanks just one man's opinion tongascrew

The number #810 for Giro della Calabria 1951 was confirmed also by the "Cronosprint"'s guys who have apparently all the entry list.
