Good Morning, Love Ferrari. So guys looking to pull the trigger on an 01 360, yellow spider. Had PPI done and was told it is an 8 out of 10. (PPI says no used is a 10). So 8 out of 9. F1 trans. 100K. 23K miles. Thoughts? Thank You.
How deep did they go with the PPI? Was a compression check done? How’s the clutch? Are there any service records? Is the seller negotiable? Without seeing the car, it may be a little high. Is it your dream car? That matters too. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Especially important note to know about the clutch, early Spiders clutch service costs a lot more because of more labor involved. I believe it was only the 99-00 cars but I could be wrong. You had to take the entire top out to to remove a bolt in order to be able to access the clutch. Here's a good video with 360 buying advice.
