360 '01 Suspension Refresh, Change Out Springs Also?

Planning a comprehensive suspension refresh on my '01 spider: all flanblocs, balljoints, shock bushes, track rods, droplinks, sway bar bushings, engine mounts etc (most of it on the way out) using stock components + proper geometry.

Is there any point replacing springs at the same time and if so should I stick with stock springs or are there better aftermarket alternatives (car isn't tracked, don't want to degrade ride)?

No particular issues experienced with springs, they've likely sagged a little being nearly 20 years however given refresh will see me through another decade or so of use, don't want old springs letting me down in the meantime.
