02 360 Spider alarm for top not secure

First post here and recently picked up my first 360 spider. The car had been sitting so still working thru some bugs with my mechanic to get it 100%. The other day while driving I hit a bump and now the alarm for the top not being secure is on. The top I have checked everywhere has not moved at all and is fully shut.

The top had a line that needed replaced so have not even touched the top yet. I don't mind the alert on the dash but after 20mph it starts dinging and stays on till you get under 20mph. I checked the fluid to make sure it was full and not throwing a alarm for that and it was full.

I am taking it back to my mechanic Monday after enjoying it for the weekend so he can finish everything while I am out of town. But I wanted to see if anyone has had this issue and knew a trick to get it off? The fuel door also stopped working around the same time if that maybe related somehow.
