Okay I know its not a Ferrari but my fiancee and I are selling our Viper

    Asking $52,500.00 OBO
    OR...
Possibility of instead of selling my 02 GTS, allowing someone to take over my US Bank Lease. Terms would be simple: a $300.00 lease acquistion and paperwork fee payable to US Bank and an agreed upon payment to me directly for the equity that I have built up the vehicle. Lease payments per month are only $553.98 with approx. 24 months to go.

The car is an 02 GTS with 26K miles, sapphire gray with black interior and the following modifications: Hennessey Venom Rear Wing, Borla Catback Exhaust
Black HRE 547R Wheels (18 x 10, 18 x 13), Baer Eradispeed Rotors, Jesel 1.7 Roller Rockers, Unitrax 3.55 Rear Differential, Dynatech 3 Inch Metal Substrate Catalytic Converters, Borla 1 5/8 Long Tube Headers, Rich Detert Short Shifter, MGW Gas Cap and Glovebox Lid, Alpine In-Dash DVD Player with Custom Controls, JL Audio 500W 5 Channel Amplifier, JL Audio Front and Rear Components, 2 JL Audio 10 Inch Subwoofers, Roe Racing Smooth Tubes, MSD Spark Plug Wires, NGK 3696 Spark Plugs, Clear Side Markers, Eibach Springs.

I have a leasing company that I work with who'll handle all the paperwork on behalf of both myself and the other party (I'll cover the cost of that) and given the fact that I just assumed a lease on a o4 Z06 from US Bank, I can tell you that it's a pretty painless process.

Serious parties can e-mail me at [email protected] for complete details and pictures of the vehicle. The vehicle is also available for sale if desired.

    Thank you.

No not any racing and we never have any time to goto the track the fastest we've ever went was 135 were not much for racing this car its more show for us... It has been put on the dyno a couple of times, This car is our daily driver and supprisingly enough its not as high matenance as I thought it would be. It has only been down for a few days since weve had it. This is a great car!

yes its a rare color it was only made for 2 years and a very limited number were produced... It's funny no one had this color in houston and now there are 3 more and the owners told us that when they saw our car they had to have the gunmetal color so I guess you could say this car is a trend starter.

Yes and No... Because this car is a head turner and very beautiful but on the other hand were getting a vette that will have 800hp after were done with it. So out with the looks in with the speed! I think its a fair trade. Also I find it impossible to drive the viper I'm too short and don't have full range to the pedals and the vette's seat moves up alot further.

    The key questions here are:

-How much mileage is allowed under the lease? 45K miles in total of which I've used 18K in the last 19 months.

-How much mileage have you put on the vehicle since the start of the lease? 18K

-What is the per mile penalty for exceeding the mileage allowed? $.18 per mile.

-What is the buyout at the end of the lease? $32,501

-Did you lease the vehicle in modified condition or did you do the modifications yourself? Added the modifications myself

-Do you have the stock parts? No, all the stock parts (wheels, etc) were sold as they were removed from the car.

-If the vehicle is returned at the end of the lease, is there any penalty for modifications left on the vehicle? Not according to the bank.

OMG! About 2 weeks ago, were you on I-45 S right outside of Conroe heading toward The Woodlands? If so, I was the guy on the bike behind you in traffic. Damn, I needed that traffic jam, my knees were killing me from my ride back from College Station.

My fiancee just got a 04 vette shipped in from Washington and he will begin work on it soon... and I think I'm going to get into a 02 Trans-Am heads cam car or a 99 Vette heads, cam, nitrous car. The viper was nice but now with that money we can buy 2 cars that will crack our old viper. So it's a good thing.

I currently live in Atascocita, and I bought the bike new in Aug of 2002 from K's (don't do business with them). I graduated from A&M last December, and it was a great investment for parking on campus. It's become a commuter bike recently due to gas being too expensive for my Vette, so that kind of sucks the fun out of riding. A couple of friends and I are going to be hooking up in 2 weeks to go do the forrest ride and try to get rid of my chicken strips again.

I was hoping I would be able to convert it to a track bike before the summer ended, but my job hasn't given me the freedom to do that. Hopefully next year. My old roommate races CMRA and it is something that I really want to do. I've looked into the Ty Howard Racing School offered at TWS, and that is probably what I'll do before hitting the track. I've heard it's better because they teach you how to properly ride on the track and you don't develop any bad habits you have to break later.

And the back pack did weight atleast 50lbs. I was on my way home from CS and had clothes for the entire weekend in there. I need to really look into a tank bag of some sort.
