03 575M F1 not shifting in auto mode

    When car is in auto mode most of the time it will not shift automatically. Some times if I switch to sport then turn off sport it will start shifting as it should. Fluid is at the proper level, no leaks. I have had the car for 2 days. It shifted fine when I picked it up and within 1 day it did not shift out of 1st once or twice. 2nd day it prograssively got worse where it is now.

    If it starts shifting properly in auto it will continue to shift properly until I stop and go back into first. then it will act up again.


    please let's not get into the take it back to the dealer thing as this was purchased from a out of state dealer. Forget about asking about the PPI, it is already a done deal, the car is mine.


    anyone else have this issue?

    maybe there is a kilo of coke hidden in the transmission housing?
