'05 F430 F1

yesterday while driving about less than 2 miles, was playing on resetting the CAL (TPMS) while driving and coming to a stop, while its in first gear (1) the car start to beep, and could hardly move, while beeping I press on the gas pedal so i can pull on the side, but then the beeping stops and continue driving normally. I continue driving till i got home and turned off the engine, restarted again and seems normal in every way and went on my way for around 20 miles and all seems ok.
should I be concerned to what i experienced?
